In addition to my Hypnobirthing Practitioner role, I work privately as a midwife, Doula and maternity reflexologist, offering:-
I offer private Antenatal Classes in groups, preparing for labour and birth, helping you to do a birth “plan or preference sheet”, role of the birth partner and much more. I also offer One to One in your own home at dates and times to suit your busy lives. In addition to this I offer sessions to prepare for when your baby is born, which include breastfeeding and the postnatal time ie life with your new born, early parenting, bonding, parenting roles, what is normal, changing nappies,bathing baby etc.

- Or a combination of the above
I offer individual workshops on:
- Pre -conception care
- Early days with your newborn
- Breastfeeding information
After all new babies don’t come complete with a manual!
These may be in a small group setting or on a One to One basis.
