Included in the cost of your hypnobirthing programme, you will be given course materials:
- Includes one support person of your choice – your birth partner/ friend or family member come free!
- Approximately 10 to 12 hours of teaching.
- A Hypnobirthing Relaxation CD to inspire and calm you
- A Hypnobirthing Book
- All class handouts to guide your practice at home
- In addition, my telephone and/or email contact for any queries in-between, as your Hypnobirthing Practitioner.
It may be possible for you to book me for attendance at your labour and birth..having the reassurance that I will understand your Hypnobirthing needs, birth “plan”/ preferences in labour and birth.
